food. This chinese sticky pork chops is a real chinese recipe
Ingredients:
4 pork cutlets
2 tbsp. soya sauce
1 tbsp. ginger grated
3 tbsp. garlic minced
2 tbsp. onion minced
2 tsp. chili powder
1/3 cup Chinese wine
3 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. olive oil
Preparation
In a frying pan heat olive oil over medium heat.
Cook the pork for 2 minutes then flip and cook 2 minutes more until well browned.
Remove the meat and set aside.
In the same pan add the soy sauce, chili powder, ginger, garlic, anion, chinese wine and honey.
Cook for 2 to 3 minutes.
Then place back the meat inside the pan and cook each side for 1 minute.
Simmer until the sauce thickens and pork is cooked through.
